Corned Beef Hash

3 cups cooked corned beef brisket
2 small onions, chopped
3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup low fat beef broth

Run first three ingredients through food grinder. Mix well with all the remaining ingredients. Press into well greased crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
